The Final Push

We received our Article 5 yesterday! Now we just have a 1-4 week wait for Travel Approval and then a 2-4 week wait to actually leave! However, Chinese New Year falls on Feb. 19th and there will not be any adoptive families in China that week. It appears that the first travel date would be Wednesday, Feb. 25th. We are hopeful to be in that group but it seems more likely we would be in the March 4th group.

It's coming down to the nitty-gritty of getting our finances in order. Orphanage donations, agency payments, travel expenses...
We've decided to roll out one last fundraiser in attempt to help offset some of the costs associated with adopting 2 children at the same time.

A long time ago, I designed a t-shirt... but then didn't do anything with it. It seemed like we had a different fundraiser running every month and we just didn't want to overwhelm everyone. We were so blessed with all the help and support that we had been receiving, we didn't want to push it too far.

It wasn't until my Facebook group started talking about how neat it would be if we all had matching shirts that I started thinking about this design again. We figured, what could it hurt to try?

20 shirts have to purchased for them to be printed and shipped. If that quota isn't met, all money will be refunded to the people who did place orders... so it's risk free. We are hoping at least 20 are sold though, because we really want to wear ours on the plane!
